When you purchase a ticket, a voluntary donation of £1 will be added to the sale. You can remove this, or change the amount amount by following the instructions on the page.
The Kings Theatre is a beautiful heritage Edwardian theatre. Much wonderful restoration to this historic and much loved local building has occurred over the last few years, such as the restoration of the auditorium in 2007 and the tower in 2009. However, there is still much to be done, and the ongoing work to complete the restoration needs your help. We would be very grateful if you could kindly donate £1 for each ticket that you buy, and all the money raised will be invested in the theatre for the benefit of you, your family and future generations.

The Crocus Project
The Crocus Project (Creative Focus) is to create a workshop and education space utilizing a disused bar area. The Kings Theatre has an established and growing education policy which has already helped hundreds of Young people but needs a 'home' within the theatre to be able to expand and develop. This will provide the much needed space and equipment to provide a quality program of education in the arts.

Legacies
The Kings Theatre has held a special place in the hearts of many for over 100 years. Countless times we have heard patrons reminisce about coming to the theatre as a child and the joy of seeing their first live show.
