Tickets are non-refundable but may be exchanged to alternative seating or a different performance of the same production, if sold through our Box Office, at a charge of £1.50 per transaction. Please note this must take place before the earlier date of the two performances.
Lost tickets can be replaced at a cost of £1.50 – Reprinted tickets will not be sent and will need to be collected from the Box Office.
The Box Office can attempt to sell on tickets returned to the theatre (before the event) at charge of £1.50. Please note a sale is never guaranteed.
Tickets can be reserved without payment for 3 days but not within 3 days of the performance.
Ticket will be held for collection if booked and paid for within 5 days of the performance
Only one concession, per person, per transaction is applicable. Concessions are not always available. Please refer to the performance you wish to attend for details.
The Box Office may ask for proof of entitlement to concessions.
Special offers and discounts apply to full price tickets only. Please note each offer may be used once per person, per performance, not in conjunction with any other offer/concession and not to be used retrospectively.
The Kings Theatre reserves the right to introduce or withdraw prices and discounts without notice. – Please note some offers may only be available through the Box Office and not online
All tickets paid for by debit or credit cards, over the telephone are subject to a 6% transaction fee, capped at £10. This includes postage to a UK address. There are no additional charges when paying in person over the Box Office counter.
All Group Booking payments over the telephone or in person, made by credit & debit card or cheques are subject to a 3% administration fee
All tickets purchased online are subject to a 6% booking fee which is stated at the time of booking. Online transactions include an optional £1 restoration levy with the facility to opt out.
Children of all ages must pay the child price for each seat unless otherwise stated ‘Babes in Arms” (2 & under) pay £1 for all suitable theatre promoted events. These tickets are only available through the Box Office and not online.
Children aged 12 or under must be accompanied by someone over the age of 16. Children between the ages of 13 and 16 may attend the theatre unaccompanied but must make themselves known to a member of front of house staff on arrival. The theatre cannot accept any responsibility for unaccompanied children.
Tickets are sold subject to the management’s right to make alterations to the cast or advertised arrangements, discounts and prices rendered necessary by unavoidable cause.
Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable point in the performance. Please note it may not be possible to seat you in your allocated seating until the interval.
The theatre management reserves the right to refuse admission. The taking of photographs, the use of mobile phones and mobile devices and the makings of any recordings of any performance is strictly prohibited.
By purchasing a ticket you consent to be photographed or filmed as part of a group.
Boxes will usually be released for sale 1 week before the performance date due to possible sight line restrictions or use as part of the performance.
