Monday to Saturday - 10am till 6pm.
The Box Office will remain open for 30 mins after performance start time.
Sundays - The Box Office will open 90 mins before the performance and remain open for 30 mins after the performance start time.
We accept the following methods of payment:
• Debit/Credit Card - Visa/Master/Maestro.
• Kings Theatre Gift Vouchers.
Please note: as of 1st August 2013 the Box Office is no longer able to accept National Theatre tokens as payment.
All payments made using a debit/credit card by phone and online are subject to a 6% transaction fee, capped at £10 for telephone payments.
• All transactions include an optional £1 restoration levy with the facility to opt out.
• There are no addition transaction fees for counter payments.
Tickets can be reserved without payment for 3 days but not within 3 days of the performance.
Ticket will be held for collection if booked and paid for within 5 days of the performance.
Boxes will usually be released for sale 1 week before the performance date, due to possible sight line restrictions or use as part of the performance.
Always check your tickets for performance start time and to ensure you have the correct performance!
Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable pointin the performance. Please note it may not be possible to seat you in your allocated seating until the interval.

Please refer to the performance you wish to attend for available concessions. The Box Office may ask for proof of entitlement to concessions. Only one concession, per person, per transaction is applicable.
Children of all ages must pay for admission. Children aged 3+ pay Full Price unless a child concession is stated 'Babes in Arms' (2 & under) pay £1 for all suitable theatre promoted events. These tickets are for admission only and will not provide a seat. These are only available via the Box Office, not online. Carer's rates available on many events - Please ask at Box Office for details. Please note proof of carer must be shown.
Most shows are suitable for children, pending parental guidance, but please check with the Box Office before booking for an Under 18 to ensure there is no age restriction.
For events that permit the attendance of under 18s, Children aged 12 or under must be accompanied by someone over the age of 16. Children between the ages of 13 and 16 may attend a performance unaccompanied, but must make their presence known to member of the Front-of-House Team.
