CASUAL VACANCIES
The demand for casual staff fluctuates according to the demands of the events programme therefore we are always pleased to accept applications throughout the year. Those applications will be kept on file and considered when opportunities arise. Due to the time constraints we are only able to contact those individuals who are short listed for interview. We will not therefore be contacting unsuccessful applicants. To apply for any of these posts please download and complete an application form and a recruitment monitoring form. Casual work is on a as required basis. Working pattern will include weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Placements and work experience
We offer a limited a limited number of year 10 and 11 work experience opportunities throughout the school year, students can be involved backstage and with internal departments seeing what it really takes to run a theatre and put on a show. Students need to be available to work outside of normal office hours.
College and University placement - at the theatre we offer work experiences to suit college and university students. Work experience placements currently include; marketing, technical theatre, graphic design and administration. The aim of all placements is to offer students real experiences that will add to the students portfolio giving real learning.
If you are interested in these opportunities, please complete both the recruitment monitoring form and the application form and submit a covering letter outlining your interest.
Volunteering
There are so many ways that you can be part of the Kings - from Ushering to Admin, Restoration to Publicity. If you would like to come and join in the fun, we welcome new members on a regular basis and any contribution, no matter how small will be gratefully received.
