“A series of unexplained murders have been happening in Wonderland, with the White Rabbit next on the list. Everyone is a suspect, and no-one is quite sure why all hell has broken loose, or when the killings will stop; except of course the famed local madman, for whom Time is always of the essence.
An original, contemporary rock opera that puts a new twist on a classic tale, where the only thing to do is ‘Think yourself free...’
The God Machine
A new stage-play by Zach Rumfitt, member of Kings Youth Theatre Seniors
“Marisa Green is a private investigator, a workaholic who spends far too much time searching for clues. But when a distinguished socialite hires her to find a missing sister, she jumps at the chance for money and fame.
But that isn’t what she gets. She gets death, dishonour, revenge and lies as she is drawn into a dark underworld populated by the clinically insane and those who should be. Marisa is forced into uneasy alliance with an obsessive scientist and his greatest creation... The world as she knows it has fallen apart and dark shadows are moving in to take their prize.”
