Tours for schools Our school guided tours are designed to cover experiences and outcomes from within the National Curriculum. Your students will have the opportunity to explore public and private areas of the theatre, including backstage, gaining an insight on how the theatre has changed since it was built, our recent restoration work and how we use the spaces and equipment within the building to put on an amazing show for an` audience of up to 16,000 people!

Complete Theatre Tour & Workshop For the ultimate experience of the theatre. You can extend your theatre tour by attending a workshop on the stage or in one of our function rooms. You will benefit from a rounded learning experience linked to a topic of your choice or a curriculum-based activity. Our workshops will help students to develop their creative skills, giving them a chance to use their imagination. They are designed to help build confidence and provide an opportunity for children to work as a team, to think for themselves and to digest knowledge in an active and fun way.

Pricing

School tour + Workshop: £4.00 per pupil. 15 students minimum.

Once you have chosen a tour or workshop, give us a choice of three dates you have in mind and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Once a date is agreed, we will send you an invoice and booking confirmation with our terms and conditions. You must sign this and return it to our office to seal the contract, or sign electronically by emailing us.
