Parking
Free Parking is available in Waitrose car park, Marmion Road, evenings only, from 6.00pm.
Buses
The number 17 and 18 buses stop outside the theatre in Albert Road. For further details and timetables please call First Travel on 023 9286 2412.
Trains
The Theatre is approximately 20 minutes walk or a short taxi ride away from both Fratton and Portsmouth & Southsea stations. For details please call 0870 6082 608.
Taxis
A taxi rank is situated immediately outside our main entrance in Albert Road.

Hovercraft
The quickest way to our theatre from the hovercraft terminal in Southsea is:
Head inland along Pier Road. At the University Halls of Residence building called Rees Hall, turn right along Southsea Terrace and continue on along Kent Road into Marmion Road. Cross over to St. Vincent Road and take the first left up Exmouth Road.

Theatre Tokens
Kings Theatre Gift Vouchers are available from the Box Office and make a wonderful present. National Theatre Tokens are also available in denominations of £5, £10, £20 & £50
Bars
Our bars are open one hour before the performance. The Matcham Bar has level access from the Albert Road entrance. The Matcham Bar also remains open after evening shows. We recommend that you order your interval drinks on arrival.
NB: Please note only plastic glasses may be taken into the auditorium.
Smoking
The Kings Theatre is a no-smoking building; a bin is provided outside the theatre. Drinks may not be taken outside.
Accessibility
The theatre opens one hour before the performance time. The Kings Theatre is committed to improving accessibility for all our patrons.
We provide:
• level access to the Stalls via Albert Road
• wheelchair spaces located in the Stalls
• infa-red hearing amplification systems available on request
