Postage and Packing
P&P prices for UK delivery addresses range from 30p to £2 per item, according to size. Exact postage costs will be clearly indicated in your Shopping Cart.
For orders to overseas addresses, please go to the shop Contact Us section and email us the details of your order.
Delivery
We aim to post goods immediately after receipt of your order but as demand may be high at certain times, please allow 12 working days for dispatch.
If the goods ordered are unavailable, we will contact you to notify you of the earliest available delivery date.
Exchanges, Refunds and Cancellations
Goods may be returned within 14 days, unused and unsoiled, for a full refund or exchange, less postage and packing costs. Please enclose a letter clearly stating that you wish to return the goods. This does not apply to audio/video recordings where the seal has been broken, or to personalised goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We advise you to obtain a certificate of posting (free from the post office) when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
