Claire Sweeney stars in Andrew Lloyd Webber's and Don Black’s masterpiece of musical theatre.

“Combines elements of celebrity fall-out and 'Sex and The City'.  There is no one writing stuff as good as this in modern musical theatre” Daily Express (2003 West End production).

A rare opportunity to see Andrew Lloyd Webber's and Don Black’s 'Tell Me On A Sunday'.  Now remodeled for Claire Sweeney by the masters of musical theatre, with an exclusive new song ('I Still Believe in Love'), this is the definitive version of the classic musical for 2010.

Originally conceived for television and starring Marti Webb, 'Tell Me On A Sunday' has been performed by such legendary musical theatre stars as Elaine Paige, Sarah Brightman and Denise Van Outen.  Now Claire Sweeney takes on this celebrated role which features a wonderful score and the chart topping hit 'Take That Look Off Your Face', with 'Unexpected Song' and the title track 'Tell Me on a Sunday'.

Tell Me On A Sunday charts the romantic misadventures of a young English girl newly arrived in New York.  Brimming with optimism, she seeks success, companionship and, of course, love.  But as she weaves her way through the maze of the city and her own anxieties, frustrations and heartaches she begins to wonder whether - in fact - she's been looking for love in all the wrong places.

Andrew Lloyd Webber’s numerous awards include 7 Tonys, 3 Grammys, 7 Oliviers, a Golden Globe, an Oscar, 2 Emmys and the Richard Rodgers Award for Excellence in Musical Theatre.  Don Black is an Oscar-winning lyricist (Born Free) who has penned numerous James Bond theme tunes, and chart hits 'Ben' for Michael Jackson and 'To Sir With Love' for Lulu.
