Born and raised amongst strangers, The Rubicon first gathered momentum in a garage with pictures of icons on walls and handed-down guitars armed with their own stories and sound, the journey began…..
Their energetic and vibrant live performances have resulted in being confirmed to play at this year's Liverpool Sound City, Guilfest and Rockness, whilst also reaching the final 20 in The Red Stripe Music Awards.
The Rubicon have recently signed to A&R Worldwide with the support of CEO Sat Bisla, resulting in the band receiving airplay in multiple states in America and are beginning to gain praise and recognition from within the industry

Fresh from a UK tour to promote her recent single , 'Little Yellow', that ended with her headlining the Bookslam stage at Camden Crawl, Leigh Mary Stokes has been firmly cementing herself as one of Britain's foremost upcoming artists.
BBC play listed and a featured BBC 6 Live sessions artist, Leigh and her band are playing out the rest of the year at key festivals and venues, before heading back to the studio to put the finishing touches to her most recent material.

Tipped as the brightest young talent in Portsmouth, blending vibrant indie pop with sweet and subtle acoustic folk, Luke Ferre Band were formed in summer 2009 and are already clocking up a list of impressive appearances, including winning runner up prize at this year's Portsmouth Guide Awards for “best solo artist”, opening the second stage at last year's Butserfest, and ending last year as main support to the almighty 70's glam rock band, SLADE!

This event will be compered by Express FM’s favourite Joel Ransom, alongside one of Portsmouth’s youngest talented musicians, Master Huw Oleska.
The event is in association with Solent Youth Action, a charity that empowers young people to develop as individuals, enjoy new challenges and make a positive contribution to the community through volunteering.
